TheManc 4,052
Gonna be a horrible game, given our record against most Spanish teams.

United have a good recent record: United 2-1 Barcelona Barcelona 2-2 United Sociedad 0-1 United United 0-1 Sociedad United 0-1 Atlético Atlético 1-1 United Villarreal 0-2 United United 2-1 Villarreal I think United will win 2-0. There'll be a response. Had it been an away leg on Thursday, Betis might have had a chance.

Don't jinx us again either! John Locke

They usually play their B team in Europe.

kevthebad 881
After that utter disgrace of a performance surely its time to start with Rashford at centre forward, Garnacho on the left and Pellistri on the right, and drop Bruno to the bench, maybe play Casemiro as number 10 and try Sabitzer and another as defensive midfield. nirav 1,143
Will be tough game now considering the enormity of the loss. If we do concede a first goal early then I feel the entire team and stadium will be nervous.
kevthebad 881
Just read that United are auctioning their Carabao Cup winning shirts. Perhaps they'd like to burn the Liverpool ones! Either United will win 1 nil against Betis, or could lose 5 nil! Or any other score in between.

Betis have to fly to Manchester. Easy home win. ten Hag has made Old Trafford a difficult place for teams to come.
Jay007 3,379
Our fringe players haven't inspired much confidence when they've played tbh so I'd be a bit nervous about bringing some of them in, but I think we have to make changes after the debacle at the weekend. As shambolic as it was we shouldn't get carried away yet given out good run of results over the last few months, but we need to make sure players know that there are consequences to playing like that. I'd drop De Gea but Ten Hag doesn't seem to like using our other two goalkeepers. Dalot and Shaw definitely need to be dropped from the back 4, but Fernandes should be first out after his conduct. 1Day

Heaton AWB Maguire Lindelof Malacia Casemiro McTominay Mainoo Elanga Sancho Garnacho The only reason Case keeps his place is because we have nobody else. And out of the 11, hes the only one i'd trust to not show up like a sack of shit again. Cant justify a single player from that starting XI starting against Betis. O 20,435
He's gone with the same XI that started vs Liverpool... He's expecting a response then. I'm going for a dominant 3-0 win. hdcantona and CB78 1

Was always going to be 7+ changes or the same XI and nothing inbetween Suspect we're going to make very hard work of this barring an early goal kevthebad

kevthebad 881
Antony playing then, or is he going to just cut in and try his bending shot? Every defender knows to push him down wide and he's funked.....one trick pony......hope saying this he gets a hat trick....but I doubt it!
