2022/2023 What league position will we finish?

It depends on who Chelsea and United sign.

Arsenal are doing good business. Saliba looks set to return from loan, Fábio Vieira has been signed, Gabriel Jesus is on the way, and they're also in for Raphinha. That's potentially a transformative window for them. It could see them push for 4th.

Chelsea are linked with de Ligt. Sterling could end up there too.

We have no championship league commitments and a number of players who have had a full summer break. This will help our cause. Liverpool will be like a wounded animal so they'll be pushing hard for the title again with city. Behind them it depends on signings. Spurs are probably the favourite for third as things stand. United with de jong and a few other signings could still pose a threat.

We're in The Europa League, which is more difficult to navigate than The CL.

I'm an optimist at heart, regardless how much UTD try & beat fans down, disillusion us with cr*p decision making & lack lustre 75% complete transfer windows

I still like starting every season believing.

Best case scenario we do eventually get 4/5 strong signings over the line, Ten Hagg has an immediate impact, galvanises existing underperforming players, hits the ground running & we're challenging for the title

It's possible, all I'm saying - (reserve the right to change my mind a few games in)

Well, I'm a realist and due to virtually no action on the transfer market when the positions needing strengthened, all 11 of them, have not been addressed, I just can't share your pre-season belief/dreams comrade!

They will be in the top 10 again,Moyes cannot be dislodged that easy. He’s got a whiff as He did at Everton,so they will be a bogey team for others.

Just a reminder, Moyes has never won a trophy with any club he has managed!

Did reserve the right to change my mind start of season/pending end of transfer window!

shambles- majority of transfer business shud’ve been done & dusted already -

But not over yet-  we’ll see more signings shortly, there’s gettable trgts

pending Ronaldo situation I think we’ll end up with 5-7 incoming

Surely even this knucklehead board realise they can’t afford to risk not fully backing Ten Haag this summer

OT/media/fan base will be more toxic than anything seen before if they don’t. Real sense of enuff is enuff!

get those 5-7 signings in, I’ll start season optimistic- 😂

It’s not about winning trophies for  WHU,Leicester,Newcastle,Villa,Wolves,Crystal Palace,it’s about trying to get into the top 4 ,the competition for 4th is bigger now than ever before.

C'mon brother, we are and have been one the biggest and most prestigious clubs in world football for many years. To compare our quests with the likes of Villa, Wolves, Crystal Palace etc, seems rather whimsical and totally lacking ambition to me. Could you go another 5 trophyless seasons?

Chelsea have a lot of issues. Several players want to leave. The Ukraine situation cost them Rüdiger and Christensen. Tuchel doesn't seem happy at all with the new ownership. They haven't brought in enough new players.

Arsenal, on the other hand, look great. Their business has been really good. If they can add another player or two, they'll have the necessary depth. A lack of depth cost them last season.

Right now, Chelsea aren't getting top 4.
