I know you didn’t ask me but I’d assume it’s the whole ya know…owned by a bunch of sportwashing billionaire despots who murder journalists and treat women as property thing.

We have to get our guys on the stuff De Bruyne is on. Guy is so juiced his eyes look like they’re about to bleed.

It’s good to see that in a world gone mad, one wrought with so much upheaval and chaos, that after over a decade now you are still almost always wrong about almost everything.

Poor result for both Chelsea and Liverpool in the end really. City are racing clear of the rest, and will probably win the league by a comfortable margin this season the way they're playing atm.

Like United in the halycon days Teams rarely give them a proper game these days. Beaten before they get onto the pitch.

They also score so so early in the majority of games often killing the game off in the first half its no coincidence they frequently score 5"s and 6's.

Compare that to United when we scored 3 in the first half it was just lazy and slow in the 2nd half no passion to go and get that 4th 5th 6th etc..whether that's what they were told or decided to play it that way we simply do not have that mentality.

The match this evening was just brilliant the quick attacks, the crisp passing and overall movement. I thought of the Burnley match where the barge played like a snail from the back and others just looked at side passes. That part is in the coaching and Rangnick needs to sort the zip of our play out quickly.

Time to adjust???.....look at Conte look at Tuchel they have come in and imprinted their authority already whereas Rangnick appears to be a very slow burner....we'll see what this next 5 months brings.

City are scarily good and so consistent. How times have changed that we can can only dream to be as good as them even after spending almost equally.

In fairness, they've spent very, very well. The likes of De Bruyne, Dias, Cancelo, Silva, and before them Kompany, Yaya Toure, Silva, Aguero, paid for themselves over and over again. They only need to top up their squad each transfer window (and they do with hefty fees, though not as high as our own).

We need a revolution each transfer window, and we keep bringing in people with terrible mentalities and massive fees like Martial, Sancho, and AWB that perpetuate our crisis state. The amount of money Rashford, Martial, Sancho alone earn is parodical. How many top 10 teams do they get into?

I was more upbeat at the start of Solskjaer's reign, with misplaced optimism; I'm utterly defeated now. We need a Ferguson/Klopp-sized man to come in and save us, our whole system is an utter shambles.

Why is there a winter break next week? Every team in the league have had at least one gameweek off in the last month. There's a 6 game discrepancy between Burnley and Chelsea and there'll be a logistical nightmare to fit all these games in somewhere. Seems strange not to take advantage of a free weekend.

On top of that, Premier League rules around cancelling games has been ridiculous.

Teams being able to cancel games because of non-Covid injuries and even red cards isn't right. Elsewhere you have teams like Bayern using their youth team and giving 16/17 year olds gametime, while Premier League teams apparently don't have even a few that can step in.

Being able to discount youth team players who have played in the FA Cup makes it even worse.

Results definitely going our way this weekend.

yeah - I’d I’ve preferred a draw Chelsea / Tottenham though.

want Chelsea firmly dragged into fight for top 4, it’s in our favour 2 places up for grabs rather than 1

Best outcome for me would be UTD & Tottenham make top 4 rather Chelsea (only as I like Conte)
