This kid is an absolute genetic freak. He can become a much more technical version of Kyle Walker. His acceleration is scary.

Chelsea already had Reece James, but Lamptey might end up being England's RB eventually.

I prefer his style of play over AWB's.

He and Sancho might be a sign of the times, in terms of young players not just accepting their lot and forging out their own careers...

Absolutely.

It's started over the past 2-3 years. Sancho the inspiration for others. Left City at 17.

Lots joined foreign Academy teams.

Madueke left Spurs at 16 and is now in the PSV side at 18. 1 goal & 2 assists in 2 games this season.

Musiala left Chelsea last summer. He's now the 5th youngest goalscorer in Bundesliga history.

Bellingham a regular at Dortmund already.

Gomes assisted 3 goals on his debut for Boavista. Marcus Edwards is one of the best wide players in Portugal. Left Spurs on a free.

Lamptey has been downright awesome the first couple of games. Dominant, especially in the Newcastle game. Speed, technique - and his head seems to be as quick as his feet. Sort of the counterpoint to Adama Traore, who's got everything Lamptey lacks in terms of physique, but lacks exactly Lamptey's ability to read to the play and make smart runs.
