He did well for the Martial equaliser tbf. A well timed run in behind and a good square ball across the box. He got lucky for his goal. It was a fairly tame shot that Olsen read before Mings deflected it the opposite way. He has much better chemistry with Martial & Rashford than he does with Ronaldo. I don't think he was ever as good as we once thought. His best form came with no fans in the stadiums, and when we were getting penalties regularly. However, I thought he was poor in the lead up to Casemiro's booking and he ended up putting him under the pressure he was under to make the challenge which resulted in the booking. I couldn't make up my mind whether he was asleep and just didn't know where the player was, or if he didn't fancy the challenge, but he lost the ball far too easily considering he was the favourite for it. The biggest issue for me is that Ten Hag makes that change which puts him out to the right, usually to bring on another mid, he doesn't keep the ball as well as anthony, he's not as fast as anyone else we play there, he doesn't stay wide to keep shape / offer an outlet, we end up looking worse and I wonder if it's because ETH is just afraid of taking him off altogether Quote Link to post Share on other sites

That's complete bollocks and he should by now be called out for his disgraceful behaviour and his overall form. I believe he is a weak link and if it was Guardiola he'd drop his sorry ass. Ten Hag showed scant regard to one of the greatest footballers ever to grace a football pitch yet allows this weak skinny fuck to nonce about the field acting like he is god and making him essentially the real captain now. Terrible choice really terrible The guy is a proper fraud, Ten Hag has to see this now as his contributions have dwindled and have been for at least 22 months. There are some United fans who think he's the leader of the team and is having his best season at United, despite his goals/assists tally being lower than 19/20 and 20/21.
