Lovely assist from James for Wales - having a nice season so far

Lol. They spelled Kieffer Moore wrong.

Don't ask why, but i've followed his career for about 5 years now. Seeing him score his first goal for Wales was a strangely proud moment for me haha

Peach of a pass for Rashfords goal. nice to know he has it in his locker on top of his nice assist last week too and has been robbed of a couple of assists this season already. He's started the season so well tbf to him I was delighted we took a punt on him in the summer but he's been so much better then I expected him to be and probably a bit unfair on him he's been thrown in at the deep end a lot more then probably even he expected but he's really stepped up to it.

The bargain signing of the summer so far in the league?

Had another good showing today, and had another belting pass which was nice to see after his one against Norwich and another few good crosses and robbed of an assist because of Rashfords sitter, which has happend him a few times this season

Almost scored a worldie just there for Wales curling effort from just outside the right of the box and hit the Crossbar AND post before Wilson tapped in the rebound. Reminiscent of a his a couple of his goals for us so far

He is a stud - to think we paid £15m plus add ons

We should be scouting more of these gems

The scouting of these gems and the development of youngsters already at the club is what Ole has brought back to us.

Some more unwanted/unneeded personnel to get rid of in the next year while acquiring some quality established players to bring us back to the top. Good days ahead for us.

Too many numpties cant see the progress we are making.

Just goes to show that you don't need to be held to ransom to buy players who fit into what you want to do.

Yes it's something that's not always easy to do, but it's much preferable to what our transfer strategy has been like in the last 5-6 years.

Keep it real! he wouldnt get a game for any the top (6) European teams which is where we should be.

He is however 1 of the stepping stones in taking us back to that status. With the average age of the current team the future is good.

Thought he was great tonight on the break he always looked a threat and worked his bollocks off defensivly. Should of done better with the chance he had in the first half and should of scored but was still another very good performance from him imo especially considering how inexperienced he is at this level. Love the kid

Always put in one or two very dangerous crosses which none of our strikers meet. Need a poacher who can expect that from him.

Overall James does not look fazed by anything and has been very good till now.

He was literally signed for this fixture.

He was signed to be an undisputed starter and starter in the big games? Was he fuck. He was signed as a player with obvious potential who we would look to develop over time and be a useful weapon off the bench. But he's exceeded everyones expectations including his own probably and now he's deservedly a starter and a starter in the big games but no chance he was signed for to be that player this soon.

He is perfect for City - See their Swansea game last season. I literally said before the season this was the only team I'd start him against. Pep is the worst coach in the world at adapting to the opposition and played straight to our strengths.

James still has a long way to go. He's been pretty dire of late against the smaller sides and his early season screamers were never sustainable. End product still nowhere near good enough.

Your opinion though. He wasn't signed for this game. Like I said he was signed as a project player who has far surpassed what would of been expected of him.

His end product would be much better if we had players who actually gamble on balls been played across the 6 yard box.

He's been great, one of the best signings of the season and easily the biggest bargain.   Of course he's going to have bad games he's a very inexperienced player, at any level let alone the top level but he's largely stepped up and seems unfazed about it.
