Manchester United seem to have the same problem Liverpool had when they fell from grace.

We seem to think that we need a Utd man to understand the club.

Matt Busby had links to Man City and Liverpool and none to Utd when he took over.

Sir Alex had zero to do with us before he came in.

Ole will be sacked by Christmas.

Then we need a manager that is hungry but with a record of turning clubs round.

Chris Wilder is that man. What he did at my hometown club was nothing short of miraculous

He has now worked the same magic at Sheffield United

He knows how to rid a club of the bad eggs and can see a player to improve a team.

I do not buy the story that top players will not come to us without champions league football

The right man would say to that  player..... how could we fail if you are here giving it your best with a few other like minded players.

Who would you like brought in alongside you?

Ole does not have what is required and has no track record of success in management.

Our board won’t bring Wilder in though as he would rock boats

Let’s see how he gets on in The PL.

Some managers, like Mick McCarthy and Neil Warnock, are specialists at Football League football but don’t quite cut it at PL level.

Paul Lambert did great things with Norwich in his early days. Now look at him.

Wilder does seem to be quite innovative though. He tries crazy things with his defends. Like splitting the CB pair into wide centre backs.

Rumours of Brighton looking at him.

I'm liking your thinking Haggles.  I've been saying since not long before JVP went that the discipline had totally gone in the dressing room.

The tail was/is clearly wagging the dog.   And it surely must be Ole's first job to smoke out the rats that have infested the squad.  But I'm struggling to see how he can do it, other than have a total clear out.    He has to make his mark very early.   Then get a strict hold on all this Twitter and Instagram shite.     We simply cant continue with pricks like Ji Sung Lingard showing more interest in their new clothing line, or Heskey with his new after shave lotion.   I could half understand it if they were putting shifts in but they haven't been.

Theres two that should be on Ebay straight away, along with Ashley Old, Titus Bramble Jones and Chris Babb.

Its not a lot to ask.   But if Ole doesn't address these issues he'll be out on his arse at Christmas.    And you can cash that cheque at the bank of THE BASTARD.

Well he's got plenty of time Rab so there cant be any excuses.    We would have thought that the likes of Young, Jones, Smalling, Matic, Mata, Lukheskey, Martial would have all be informed by now that they are surplus to requirements and can talk to other clubs.

If anyone thinks that adding a Wan Bissaka or a Ryan Sessegnon to that fuckin rabble is going to change anything they're fuckin deluded.

As it stands I can see us well adrift in the league by mid December if the squad isn't purged.

It will likely take 2 years. That time needs to be given, and it will be. Only thick cunts on here and ex footballer (now pundits) who didn't go to fucking school think Ole should be sacked.

Ole knows what the problems are, he and MP have made there assessments of the squad and will go to work on sorting it out. They will totally rejuvenate the squad over the next 2 years, some present starters may stay as squad players, some wont.

Allegri wants the job.

Very good manager, but Juve were very boring this season.

Even still, one of the best managers of this decade.

It could be a case 'O' that Allegri is taking time out to wait for the right job.

I cant help thinking back to the Van Gaal situation.  When Mourinho was "unofficially" approached for the United job just before Christmas.  That's when we knew LVG was dead man walking for the next 5 months.

I'm sure his Juve departure will have raised one or two eyebrows  at Old Trafford.

What makes you think he's capable of turning it around? I can clearly see the problems with the squad as well. I'm sure Moyes could see the current problems as well, should we re-hire him if things don't work with Ole?

I would not have a problem with Ole staying in charge if we had the right setup behind him. We don't and we've left it far too late to implement serious change in time for next season. An experienced and qualified DoF should have been appointed when Ole was put in charge, or at least when he was confirmed as our permanent manager. He's not getting sacked in the summer, he will be sacked by Christmas.

The sheer will to want to succeed will certainly help. He will not take shit from the so called stars with their egos, he will pump them without doubt. He will benefit from the fact that the previous failings of the club over the last few years primarily caused by the owners and Woodward are now so glaringly obvious, undeniable and totally exposed that they need to back him and the new philosophy to get us back to the top of the game. He will be fully supported by influential figures at OT such as Sir Bobby and SAF and the return of MP is another big positive.

I am convinced we will line up very differently from the start of the new season. This guy worked with the master for a decade and will fight like fuck to make this club successful again.

Fucking fans pouring out all their negative shit drags the club down. Get behind Ole, a club legend to pull us back up. Let the cunts above know we are behind him and expect him to be fully backed by them.

There is a cunt on here says he doesn't want Woodward to be sacked!! fuck me!! Fuck me, he is probably solely responsible for the sacking of 3 managers who all had a sound reputation prior to taking up the United job.

Said it before and will say it again. He will ram these words down yer fucking throat soon. Ole's the man for the job.
