I guess we need a transfer topic for PL and Non-PL clubs (any other than United) i'll start with this one: Betis signed the japanese Takashi Inui from Eibar and this is how they ......... i don't

best twitter account ever and this is how they announced Cristante :   nice photoshop work with microsoft paint ?

We have spent a lot more than £200 million under Ole. We just signed Bruno.

Chelsea aren't more ambitious than us. They are using their Academy players to fill out the squad.

I would expect a similar amount of spending from both clubs.

I'd argue that Chelsea have showed a little more ambition than United have.   Theyve signed up one of the most exciting players in Europe already for next season, and at a very good price.   Whilst we did our last minute shopping at a car booty in fuckin China.

Theyve been forced to use youth like we have only for very different reasons.  They had to because of their transfer ban.  We had to because we had to make major cut backs to save money.

I think that is why the club are fluttering their eyelashes at Poch.    His reputation will help secure the right quality at the right price.   If Ole was to remain Woodworm  would be looking to get rinsed for anyone we go in for.

Werner to Chelsea?

Thread title should be updated btw

Rules them out for Sancho then you would imagine. I pike Werner and he's a good player but I think he's gotten a little bit over-rated. Think the Leipzig 4-4-2 suits him and he doesn't look the same player playing up front alone with Germany.

He's probably one of if not the best striker available but like I said the other day I think that says more about the realistically available pool of strikers at the moment.

Always nice to see the scousers miss out too

He’s definitely a step in the right direction for them. Good signing.

At the moment, Chelski are more of of a direct rival than Liverpool - so it’s not great news for us, either way.

I'd rather them getting Werner than Sancho any day of the week tbh. This signing pretty much rules them out of that.

I also think they'll get the Germany version of him rather than the Leipzig version but obviously I could be very wrong there but I can't see Chelsea playing 2 up front.

Long story short anything that helps us get Sancho is a bonus basically imo?

Slap in the face for Tammy, but he’ll have to step up to have any hope of keeping his place

Pretty sure the end of Batshuayi. Not sure though why Werner wants to go there. He needs to compete with Tammy. The best scenario, He will got rotate with Tammy for 50-50 chances.

With us, He just need to compete with Martial which still not have stable performance until now.
With Liverpool, as long as he can be consistent, He will become the main striker. Firmino can play as a bridge between mid and front.

Chillwell to Chelsea potentially? Leicester would demand 60M minimum you'd assume.

Probably 45 million in the current pandemic. If Leicester finish in the top 4, they won't need the cash as much.

He's what Shaw was supposed to become when we signed him at 19.

Telles, Grimaldo, Chilwell, Digne, Tagliafico and maybe Plattenhardt are probably the best current LB options for Chelsea and United.

Roberston, Marcelo, Mendy, Alphonso, Alaba and Lodi are already at elite clubs.

I think Saka of Arsenal is going to be an elite attacking full-back in a few years. England's full-back options are really good right now and for the future.

LB: Chilwell, Rose, Shaw, Saka, Sessegnon, Williams.

RB: Walker, Trippier, TAA, AWB, James, Aarons, Laird.

Inter are close to securing Tonali for €30m plus bonuses. The player has given his approval.

One of the hottest prospects in Italy - International player already at 20. Fucking ridiculous value that Italian clubs seem to get relative to the Premier League, from other Italian clubs no less - We were being quoted £50m for Sean fucking Longstaff.

Must be some agreement within the league to favour keeping promising Italians in Italy or some shit. This happens all the time. The fascists never left.

Someone should go back in time and find out which posters were begging us to sign Schneiderlin.

Schneiderlin was a genuinely good box to box CM at Southampton.

He was a regular part of the France squad, despite not playing for the most glamorous of clubs.

He lost his confidence at United and became an anchor man both here and at Everton, and has never been the same player since.

A genuinely baffling demise. He's not the 1st PL midfielder to drop off a cliff. Ireland, Palacios, Mulumbu, etc.

I wanted us to sign Palacios at one point.

Palacios was garbage. Always.

Keep running your mouth like that and you'll be the next person kidnapped.

Crouch was talking about Palacios on his podcast recently. Said he excelled at Spurs mainly because his primary role was to chase the ball and pass it to Modric.

His standout season for Spurs happened after learning his brother was dead at the end of May. Confirmed dead two years after being kidnapped.

I used to like Crouch's podcast, but then after about a year I realised that it's just 3 English cunts with annoying English accents and reminded me of the Brits you find on lads holidays. Plus, the long streak of shite is working with Paddy Power.
