O 20,759
We have threads for all our other rivals, so I guess Spurs can now be considered one due to their progress under Pochettino. Good news for them. A ready made replacement for Kyle Walker who should eventually leave. hdcantona

MikeM 10,070
I'd love to see Spurs permanently overtake Arsenal. They have so many of the same traditions that United do. I've often said that if I had to support a "Southern team" it would more than likely be Spurs. Hell I'd love to see them win the league (if we're not in position to do it) Munroe and pearson77

They could now, they're definitely going in the right direction. Although how the 89-92 Spurs side with Lineker and Gazza etc never challenged is beyond me.

A nice memory there of Lineker's last game for Spurs..it was the last league match at Old Trafford before the Stretford End was demolished..May 1992..we had just blown the league and everyone was down and dejected..we beat Spurs 3-1 and Lineker scored their goal late on..the whole stadium sang his name..it was quite emotional. <wipes away a tear> Just a thought about that day..me and my son, who was 12, paid a tenner between us to stand on the Stretford Paddock..how times have changed, eh... RedDevilDazzy 3,130
Tottenham may win the league at one point, there's enough talent in that side. Though I think they will another competition before the league win, League Cup or FA Cup.
Fordie 850
soft spot for spurs me,my older bro supports them. i think they will win the league in the next 3 season if they can keep hold of there key players.

O 20,759
It looks like the bubble is about to burst at Spurs. Walker leaving for more money and the hope of trophies, and Dier being priced out of his move to United has caused Rose to start running his mouth about trophies and a higher salary. How long before the likes of Alli and Kane jump ship? Kane actually seems like a decent lad who enjoys life at Spurs, but I can definitely see that squad being ripped apart before long. They still haven't signed anyone this summer.

Not sure what's going on at Tottenham, they will get 1 or 2 players in but may not be enough really, need a few more. O
Pap1918 1,189
Really enjoyed the way Spurs were raped today. They are very physical side with some good players like Dele ,Dembele and Kane ,but generally they are very very limited . The mass could find them well tactical educated, but I am shitting on this. Who watched Mkhitarian, Pogba, Mata and Martial in same team will understand what I am trying to say. Spurs -67% posseses the ball-Chelski 32 Final score Spurs 1 -Chelski 2 Conte madness was a bonus .
venusplanet 1,555
Watching the game I felt like it was the same as last seasons our win against Chelsea. Remember we had just about 30% posession and we just played a defensive game and hurt them on counter attack. It was the same yesterday, Chelsea sat back and defended all the while and took their chances. Horrible was Lloris their captain who let in the second goal from under his armpit...
