Mickey Mouse 1,115
They should sack Arteta if they want to stay up.
PVAD 4,370
Looking good at the moment Matinelli, Saka, Odegaard and Smith-Rowe are their future. Currently destroying Leeds 3 nil away with wonderful attacking fluid football. Think we'll be slugging it out with them for 4th. JaimeL
O 20,315
Things have gone to shit for them. They've blown top 4. The squad depth just isn't there. Injuries to Tomiyasu, Tierney and Partey killed them. That and having no clinical ST. They should have beaten Southampton and should have gotten something against Brighton. hdcantona

They'll beat us.

O 20,315
Arsenal look really good so far. I always thought Arteta would be the better manager out of Ole, Lampard and him. It looks that way. The squad depth is much better now. They had Tierney, Tomiyasu, ESR, F.Vieira and Nketiah on the bench yesterday.
O 20,315
21 points from 24 is impressive. They were unlucky against us as well. Saliba has made a huge difference defensively. If they are able to add another player or two in January, having missed out on Douglas Luiz on deadline day, they should comfortably finish top 4 this season. Liverpool look finished and Chelsea aren't convincing.
O 20,315
Gabriel Jesus had knee surgery. He's set to miss 10-12 weeks. That could be the end of Arsenal. They should enter the market for a ST. Vlahović might be available due to Juve's financial problems. United might look at him though. Nketiah will have to step up. O 20,315
Kiwior and Trossard certainly gives them more depth. I think another CM/DM is what they really need.
O 20,315
It's interesting to note that two of Arteta's backroom staff are Moyes and LvG's former right-hand men at United. Steve Round and Albert Stuivenberg (also Giggs' assistant manager with Wales). hdcantona and Jay007
O 20,315 Posted Tuesday at 11:07 Report Share Posted Tuesday at 11:07 Not Caicedo... but adds good cover and a different midfielder profile to their squad. 18 month deal. So not a bad deal. Pap1918
